OBJECTIVE
Comptel, a leading telecom solutions developer, was looking to establish a better and more efficient customer service for its EMEA telco customers. The company partnered with Bianor for what proved to be an extremely beneficial long term relationship.

SOLUTION
A new professional dedicated unit was set up for the delivery and support for Dynamic OSS & back-end telecom systems analysis, assisting in Comptel business of providing worldwide services for Communication Service Providers (CSPs).

RESULT
Comptel received a virtual extension of engineering and consultancy capacity, a full provision of office space, infrastructure and administration, the ability to meet tighter time-to-market requirements, better and timely customer service, flexibility of unit size scaling and reduced operations risk.
